I am writing to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your incredibly generous donations toward our classroom supplies. Your kindness and thoughtfulness mean so much to both me and my students. It is because of wonderful supporters like you that we are able to create an environment where learning and growth can truly thrive.\r\n\r\nAs a teacher, I strive to provide my students with a classroom that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and a sense of belonging. However, maintaining and enhancing a classroom can often be a challenge due to limited resources. Your donations have not only helped alleviate some of these challenges but have also made a significant impact on the daily experience of my students.\r\n\r\nThe essential supplies you donated have already found a place in our classroom, and they are being put to great use. The students are excited and motivated by the fresh materials and supplies that they can now use in their learning activities. I have witnessed firsthand the positive effect this has had on their enthusiasm and engagement. It's often the little things that make the biggest difference, and your contribution is certainly one of those.\r\n\r\nWith your support, my classroom feels more vibrant, organized, and equipped to meet the diverse needs of my students. The extra supplies have allowed me to implement new and exciting lesson plans, encourage creativity in projects, and provide students with the tools they need to succeed. It is truly inspiring to see how your donation has enriched their educational experience.\r\n\r\nBeyond the tangible items, your act of kindness sends a powerful message to my students about the importance of community and giving. They now have a deeper understanding of the fact that people in the community care about their success and are willing to invest in their futures. Your generosity is not only helping them with their education but also teaching them valuable life lessons about compassion, kindness, and the impact of helping others.\r\n\r\nOnce again, I want to express my sincere thanks for your thoughtful donation. Your support has made a significant difference, and I am deeply appreciative of your generosity. We are truly fortunate to have such compassionate individuals in our community who care about the future of our students.\r\n\r\nPlease know that your contribution has been greatly appreciated, and I will continue to make the most of the supplies you provided to ensure that every student has the best possible experience in my classroom. If there is anything else I can do to express my thanks, or if you ever wish to visit the classroom to see the impact of your donation firsthand, please do not hesitate to reach out.\r\n\r\nThank you once again for your incredible support.","fullyFundedDate":1747181462900,"projectUrl":"project/back-to-school-basics/9337878/","projectTitle":"Back-to-School Basics","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Jones","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp5962977_orig.jpg?crop=2316,2316,x0,y470&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1754084025993","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/5962977"},{"teacherId":9846118,"projectId":8963246,"letterContent":"At the start of the year, my students were struggling readers. I would often hear moans, groans, and complaints every time I said we were going to start reading. We were lacking the ability to create an environment where they felt comfortable enough to enjoy reading and to grow in this necessary skill.\r\nWhen we received our items, my students were ecstatic. They immediately were asking to sit on the cushions and read. We have completed two novels so far and my students are begging for us to read more so we can start another novel! Our classroom is a safe space for not only my students, but for students in other classrooms who are struggling to find joy in reading.\r\nAdditionally, my students have learned the importance of growth as they have measured their reading levels in words per minute and accuracy. By having access to timers, they can self-assess their growth. Taking ownership of their own education has provided a means for them to set goals and feel the joy of reaching (or even exceeding!) their expectations of themselves.\r\nI am so proud of the growth my students have shown in a few short months. Many have doubled their reading speed. Others have learned to love books in a way they weren't able to before. This gift to my classroom has changed the culture in our classroom surrounding reading and I truly believe it has changed the lives and future of my students for good. \r\nThank you so much for your generosity and love towards these students.","fullyFundedDate":1735615269631,"projectUrl":"project/empowered-learning-enhancing-creativity/8963246/","projectTitle":"Empowered Learning: Enhancing Creativity through Books and Flexible Seating","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Raymond","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-10_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9846118"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_53101","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":420,"numTeachers":null,"percentFrplEligible":60,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":61,"percentIndigenous":4,"percentLatinx":26,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":null,"demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_MIDSIZE"},"inStateSupporters":64.1,"schoolId":53101,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Panorama Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Panorama Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/utah/washington-county-school-district/panorama-elementary-school/53101"}
