I have been using a couple of wooden plate holders to store my student iPads. We use the iPads for STEM activities, for math practice in conjunction with my math program, and for reading activities. The iPads get a lot of use, so they are removed and put back frequently. Since I teach in an early grade level, the carefulness I would like does not always happen with my young students. Therefore, the wooden plate holders haven't held up very well. I have had to replace them multiple times. \r\n In August, I submitted a project for metal iPad storage containers and because of your generous donation, Donors Choose funded my project. I now have the storage containers that are and will continue to protect my student iPads. The students were so excited to return to school from a weekend break and find the new containers. They are able to slide the iPads in and out without breaking any wooden pegs. As a bonus feature, these new storage containers organize the iPad charging cords as well.\r\n I am so grateful to have such a basic item that will provide use and protection for many years to come!","fullyFundedDate":1757955473235,"projectUrl":"project/ipad-charging-and-storage-station/9606666/","projectTitle":"iPad Charging and Storage Station","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Lamb","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-6_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8290190"},{"teacherId":6536328,"projectId":6702321,"letterContent":"Your donation has made such a wonderful impact in my classroom. We have been working so hard in our classroom, specifically in math. My students are smart and wonderful humans and it's been a privilege teaching them during these hard times. There is still unfinished learning from previous years, but with your donation, I have been able to purchase products from Teachers Pay Teachers that are helping kids review, practice, and master important math concepts. \r\n\r\nI'm looking forward to the rest of the year and continuing to see my students get caught up and ready to go to 5th grade.
