These books give us the ability to dive into more detail and information about the western hemisphere, the ocean and space. We are able to see and I am able to explain with much more detail in regards to certain species and diversity around America and earth. \r\n My students were so excited when we got these in class and they were so hyped about how much information they and with out having to use the Internet. I did have to explain how to use them to a few students,\r\n Many of my students used these books as an example to help them build there final projects. Many of the projects were dioramas, so these books worked perfectly for them in understanding how to put their projects together. These books will be used in most of our school year. I did have to explain the movie to a few students, that the frog was the main DNA they used to finish the dinosaur. this ment that the frog was running the revival of the T-Rex in Jurassic Park.\r\n Many of my students used this model as an example to help them build there final projects. Many of the projects were dioramas and were about fossils, so this lego worked perfectly for them in understanding how to put them together. This lego will be used in most of our earth history section especially when we start to talk about earths time line and the Jurassic period. It is also used during our discussion about superposition and fossils. It really hits home. Even though it is a story about harsh times, it carries an important message that all life should be valued. We will read it and students will feel the impact.
