I teach using interactive note books and projects that students put together using color pencils, glue, scissors and markers which helps overall learning. By teaching with games and manipulatives students can step out of the chaos of life and learn in a moment of fun and interaction. For example, playing the game emotional roller coster will help students learn how to deal with their anger and other emotions. Through the use of yoga playing cards students will not only learn poses they will alleviate the stress they are going through.
