The tents offer quiet escapes for students who need a break from sensory overload, while the soft lighting and variety of fidgets provide calming stimulation that helps them regulate and return to learning with renewed focus. These aren't just tools, they're lifelines that meet my students where they are, and give them exactly what they need in moments of stress, frustration, or sensory overload.\r\n\r\nThe impact has been nothing short of remarkable. My students now seek out these spaces not just when they're dysregulated, but proactively, because they feel safe and in control there. They don't want to leave because, for many of them, this is the first environment where their sensory needs are truly honored. The joy on their faces as they settle into a tent, or the quiet satisfaction of choosing their favorite fidget, is something I wish every donor could witness.
