This book teaches student how to observe their habits and create better ones. I can't think of a better book to help equip High School students before they leave school. \r\n During these last two weeks, we have decided to read 10 pages per day and will finish the book on April 30th. Already, students' eyes have been opened to see their habits through the lens of their everyday lives. They have learned why habits are hard to break and how to start the process of changing those habits. We are also starting to learn how to begin making good habits.\r\n Thank you for your donation. You are making an impact in the lives of my students, and I am so grateful. Last week, a student approached me and asked if this book could really help him break a habit he was trying to stop, and I told him yes. You have helped make that possible.
