Your generosity has had an immediate and meaningful impact on how my students learn, focus, and engage in the classroom each day.\r\n\r\nIn our classroom, technology is used to support personalized learning. The headsets allow students to listen to instructional videos, math explanations, reading passages, and language support tools without distractions. Many of my students benefit from hearing instructions more than once or at their own pace, and the headsets give them that opportunity. They are especially helpful during small-group rotations, online practice programs, and assessments, where students can focus fully on their work.\r\n\r\nThe most exciting part for my students is having something that is truly their own learning tool. They feel proud and motivated using the headsets, and they love how comfortable and easy they are to use. I have noticed students becoming more confident and independent because they can replay instructions, listen carefully, and stay engaged without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.\r\n\r\nSeveral students who struggle with attention, reading, or language comprehension have especially warmed up to this technology. Students who are English learners and those who need extra support are now more willing to participate and take risks in their learning. With the headsets, they feel supported, successful, and included.\r\n\r\nBecause of you, my students are learning in an environment that respects their individual needs and helps them grow academically and emotionally. Thank you for believing in my students and investing in their success.","fullyFundedDate":1766855437295,"projectUrl":"project/equip-a-child-empower-a-dream-headset/9955594/","projectTitle":"Equip a Child, Empower a Dream: Headset Donations Welcome","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Sánchez","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-4_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10382107"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_10167","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":486,"numTeachers":42,"percentFrplEligible":55,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":13,"percentWhite":14,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":67,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","percentHawaiianImputed":0,"percentMultiracialImputed":3,"gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"11.6:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":80.7,"schoolId":10167,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Wells Branch Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Wells Branch Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/texas/round-rock-independent-school-district/wells-branch-elementary-school/10167"}
