They have been able to stay engaged and also take ownership of their learning with these materials.\r\nI change the science once a month and so far, my students have been able to play with the space and city/road magnetic tiles. These are a favorite to do during centers. During center time my students have been able to play and explore by using their imaginations, learning key science concepts, and practicing social and communication skills. This Spring we have a 4 week animal unit and they are excited to be able to use the farm, forest, and dinosaur magnetic tile sets!!\r\nAll of these materials provide choice and independence for my students.
