Our students were so excited to receive the boxes, open them, and sort through all the materials. They even helped assemble the cart and organize the supplies!\r\n\r\nOur students take orders Monday through Thursday and begin preparing materials on Friday mornings. Once the school day begins, they put their skills into action by navigating the building and delivering orders to staff members. This process gives them opportunities to practice a variety of important life skills, including following orders, confirming purchases, handling money, making change, navigating the school, greeting others, and expressing gratitude.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has given our students so much more than a coffee cart.
