This program has made a meaningful difference in how students approach their learning, classroom responsibilities, and school community.\r\n\r\nStudents have responded incredibly positively to the opportunity to earn points for demonstrating responsibility, engagement, effort, and positive classroom behaviors. I have seen students working harder on weekly assignments, volunteering more often, staying fully engaged during instruction, and consistently working to meet classroom expectations. Students have even begun \"applying\" for classroom jobs, taking ownership of responsibilities and finding new ways to contribute to our classroom community.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite parts has been watching students take ownership of the system themselves. They actively track their points, set goals, talk excitedly about upcoming \"store days,\" and regularly suggest new prizes they would like to see added.
