This has fostered a sense of ownership and teamwork in the classroom, as students eagerly volunteer to wipe down desks and common areas after activities.\r\n When my students first saw the new materials, they were excited and curious, especially about the reward system. They immediately recognized the connection between their behavior and the rewards, which sparked a burst of energy and enthusiasm. I introduced the reward system with a classroom goal of earning points for good behavior, completing assignments, and showing kindness to one another. The students were thrilled by the idea of earning incentives, and I could see an immediate increase in their motivation to participate in class activities. \r\n As we continue with our current lessons, the next steps involve using the incentive system to reinforce consistent positive behaviors and academic growth.
