Three Destination Imagination teams used the tools to make costumes and sets. They were able to safely cut cardboard to make amazing things. They were able to make curved lines and intricate designs using all of the tools that were donated. The 3 teams were successful at the regional competition. One team won 1st place and is going to state. One team won 3rd place and the other team won 6th place. \r\n\r\nMy students also used the tools to make toys for a science project where their toys had to make sound, light, and mechanical energy.
