These books also encourage students to think critically, ask questions, and make meaningful connections between the stories and their own lives. By offering a wide range of genres and reading levels, every student has the opportunity to find books that both challenge and inspire them.\r\n\r\nReading in my classroom is an interactive and engaging experience. Students participate in read-alouds, guided reading groups, partner reading, and independent reading time each week. We discuss characters, settings, and themes while practicing strategies that help students become confident, lifelong readers. Several of my students who were previously hesitant to read have become excited to pick up books that match their interests and reading abilities. Seeing their confidence grow as they successfully finish books, share recommendations with classmates, and eagerly participate in discussions has been one of the most rewarding parts of introducing these new texts.","fullyFundedDate":1773848816068,"projectUrl":"project/read-to-succeed-a-beginner-literacy-pro/10142905/","projectTitle":"Read to Succeed: a Beginner Literacy Project","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. M.E.Gonzales","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10365086_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1766857317358","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10365086"},{"teacherId":10399699,"projectId":9995902,"letterContent":"Thank you for your generous support of our \"Making Math Click with Color, Books, and Boards\" project.
