Because of your generosity, I was able to purchase ACT and PSAT preparation materials that are now being used during advisory to support freshmen and sophomores in getting ahead of the game with their test preparation. These resources allow students to identify their starting scores, set clear goals, and approach test prep with intention rather than guesswork.\r\n\r\nA key goal of this project is to help close the gap in access to test preparation resources. Many of our students are unable to afford private test prep tutors or do not have the time to prepare outside of school due to work and family responsibilities. By embedding these materials directly into the school day, we are ensuring that all students—regardless of circumstance—have equitable access to high-quality test preparation. Having structured, guided practice during advisory has truly made a world of difference for our students.\r\n\r\nAs a result of the test preparation we completed in the fall, all participating students were able to maintain or improve their scores. The funding has had a meaningful and measurable impact on student confidence, skill development, and long-term college readiness.
