The students were so excited to have their very own book! As we moved through the book together, they could annotate, take notes, highlight favorite parts and new vocabulary words, and truly make this novel their own. \r\n\r\nWe learned about character traits, story elements, plot twists, foreshadowing, and many other literary elements that enriched the reading experience and helped our third graders truly love to read! \r\n\r\nAt the end of the novel study, the whole third grade went on a field trip to see The Wild Robot movie production.
