I was also able to use the laminating pouches to make student login cards that will last much longer, allowing my students to enjoy their technology time without worrying about their cards getting worn out. Your donation has blessed our 2nd grade classroom with the joy of friendship, laughter, and play. In just the first week and a half of our school year, your donations have already made a meaningful impact on our students, especially during these hot summer days when we have had to stay inside for recess.\r\n\r\nThe LEGO bricks, Magna-Tiles, Play-Doh and Play-Doh tools, Connect 4, and HeadBandz have all become favorites during our indoor recess time. Since it has been too hot to safely play outside, these materials have given our students exciting ways to play, create, and spend time together. Kids rarely get to be \"just\" kids these days, so watching them engage in childlike play has been so life-giving to me. \r\n\r\nEven though these materials are being used during recess, there is still so much learning happening along the way. Students are practicing sharing, taking turns, communicating, problem-solving, thinking strategically, and working together. I have especially enjoyed seeing students encourage one another, teach their classmates how to play a new game, and proudly show off something they have created. \r\n\r\nThe literature organizers and zipper pouches have also helped us keep our classroom materials organized and accessible, making it easier for students to take ownership of their supplies and keep our learning environment running smoothly. I love this aspect of teaching 2nd grade! Our students learn to take on much more responsibility through independence at this age. \r\n\r\nThank you, again, for thinking of our classroom and investing in our students. Your generosity has made a tremendous difference in my reading intervention classroom and in the daily experiences of my students.\r\n\r\nAs a reading intervention teacher, I work with six small groups of students ranging from kindergarten through fourth grade. Because of your support, my students now have organized, color-coded seat sacks that help them keep materials accessible and ready for learning. What once felt cluttered and distracting has become a smoother, more focused learning environment where students can quickly transition into instruction and feel ownership of their space.\r\n\r\nThe dry erase sleeves have already become an essential part of our daily reading lessons. Students use them to practice letter formation, syllable division, decoding multisyllabic words, and strengthening foundational reading skills. Having fresh, durable sleeves has increased engagement because every student can actively participate throughout the lesson.\r\n\r\nThe whisper phones have had one of the greatest impacts. Many struggling readers are hesitant to read aloud because they lack confidence. Using their own individual whisper phones has made fluency practice both exciting and comfortable for students while also helping us maintain healthier classroom routines. One student recently smiled after rereading a passage and said, \"I can hear myself reading better now.\" Moments like this remind me how meaningful these resources truly are.\r\n\r\nThe literature organizers have also helped create a more structured intervention space where students can independently access texts selected specifically for their instructional needs. This organization allows us to spend more time focused on reading growth and less time managing materials.\r\n\r\nYour kindness has provided much more than classroom supplies. You have helped create an encouraging learning environment where students feel confident, capable, and excited to grow as readers.
