With reliable access to headphones, students are now able to fully engage with educational websites and digital programs without distractions. This has increased their independence during technology-based activities, allowing them to work at their own pace while staying focused on the task. Students who may have previously struggled to concentrate due to classroom noise are now better able to immerse themselves in their learning.\r\n\r\nHeadphones have been especially valuable in supporting diverse learning needs within the classroom. Many of my students benefit from text-to-speech features, and having clear, uninterrupted audio ensures they can accurately hear and process information. This has improved comprehension, particularly for students who are developing readers or who require additional support. By removing barriers to accessing content, these headphones are helping create a more inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, the use of headphones has contributed to a calmer and more productive classroom atmosphere. Students are more engaged, disruptions are reduced, and transitions between activities are smoother. Because students can clearly hear instructions and content through their devices, they require less redirection and are more confident in completing their work. Overall, this donation has enhanced both academic engagement and classroom management, making a lasting difference in our daily learning experience.","fullyFundedDate":1776120152204,"projectUrl":"project/hear-to-learn/10017542/","projectTitle":"Hear to Learn","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Boland","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10063136_orig.jpg?crop=3024,3024,x0,y504&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1760656086094","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/boland"},{"teacherId":110086,"projectId":10174056,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for this amazing donation. Teaching grammar is often such a challenge. I prefer that my students be able to build a grammar notebook that they use as a reference tool when they are writing and when they are studying. I am so grateful that these composition books have been donated. Pages don't fall out easily from this style of notebook. My students can glue graphic organizers into their books and examples that they work on.\r\n\r\nThe smaller notebooks are amazing for practicing cursive writing. At this time of year, students are working on learning about graphs and charts, probability, and statistics. The multicolor markers make it possible for them to draw models on their personal whiteboards. This is so powerful, especially when they are working in groups or partners.\r\n\r\nThe printer ink is a truly special gift at this time of the school year. Our printer was running so low.
