I appreciate your donation of books for my students to read. Through your generosity, my students have been able to interact with authors they may not normally read. While our school has a library, it has been most helpful to have books that students can access easily without having to worry that a book they want to read might be checked out. \r\n\r\nBeing able to immediately read a book they are excited about has made a difference for my students because sometimes their interest wanes if they have to wait for a book to be available. It has also been helpful to have students spend dedicated time reading something simply for the joy of reading. \r\n\r\nBecause many of my students are considered pupils in poverty, allowing them to see the world around them through authors that they may not ordinarily read, give me confidence that they can explore ideas and experiences they may not otherwise have. \r\n\r\nI truly appreciate your generosity and your willingness to give to this cause.
