These materials have also been integrated into functional skill instruction, including following multi-step directions, identifying patterns, and completing task sequences from start to finish.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, my students were immediately excited and engaged. Many of them eagerly explored the pieces, sorted colors, and began building independently or alongside peers. For several students, this was a highly motivating activity that increased attention span and encouraged positive social interaction. The excitement in the classroom was clear, as students took pride in showing their completed builds and sharing their creations with others.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, we plan to continue using the LEGO resources to strengthen academic and transition-related skills.
