Students are consistently interacting with academic content, discussing ideas, solving problems together, and supporting one another's learning. These structures naturally increase student motivation and attention because learning becomes active rather than passive.\r\n\r\nKagan strategies also support diverse learners by providing multiple ways to participate. Students who may be hesitant to speak in whole group settings often feel more comfortable sharing ideas with a partner or small team. As a result, participation becomes more equitable, confidence grows, and students develop stronger communication and social skills alongside academic skills.\r\n\r\nI believe the implementation of Kagan structures will lead to a more collaborative, inclusive, and student centered classroom where all students are engaged and actively learning every day.
