Because of your kind donation, we now have the essential math manipulatives and sensory tools that are making a daily, tangible difference in our small-group classroom.\r\n\r\nFor students who face learning disabilities, ADHD, and challenges with emotional regulation, sitting still and processing abstract lessons can feel like an impossible task. Before receiving your donation, we often struggled with focus, leading to frustration and disengagement.\r\n\r\nNow, our classroom is calmer and more accessible.\r\n\r\nThe math manipulatives have bridged the gap between abstract concepts and real understanding. My students can now physically build and deconstruct problems. Instead of just memorizing a process, they can see what division looks like, or feel how fractions relate to a whole. This hands-on approach builds crucial academic skills and, perhaps more importantly, builds their belief in themselves.\r\n\r\nYour generosity directly supports learners who are often overlooked and helps them feel seen, supported, and capable of success.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in their future and for helping us create a classroom where every student can focus, engage, and thrive.","fullyFundedDate":1755703019200,"projectUrl":"project/helping-every-learner-shine/9412723/","projectTitle":"Helping Every Learner Shine","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Wyche","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10055894"},{"teacherId":9799225,"projectId":9412564,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous support! The new supplies—pencil cases, folders, notebooks, binders, pencil sharpeners, ear pods, and highlighters—have made such a big difference in our classroom. My students were so excited when they saw all the new materials waiting for them!\r\n\r\nWe've been using these resources every day. The students are keeping their materials organized in their new binders and folders, using their notebooks for classwork and reflection, and staying engaged during lessons with their ear pods during independent learning activities. Even something as simple as having their own pencil case and sharpener has helped them take ownership of their learning and feel prepared for each class.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments was watching them carefully label and decorate their new supplies—it gave them a sense of pride and responsibility. The highlighters have been a big hit, too, especially during reading and note-taking activities!\r\n\r\nAs we continue our current lessons, these materials are helping my students stay focused, organized, and motivated.
