With these new biotechnology supplies, students have been able to experience what it is like to work in a real-life science lab! During the labs where we used these materials, students were so excited about trying out the new lab supplies! \r\n\r\nWith our new pipettors and pipette tips, students were able to do multiple labs where they had to measure very small samples of liquid. Students learned what a microliter is and how to measure in these very tiny units. My classes also learned about precision and accuracy, and why using pipettors in the lab is more precise than an eye-dropper, which we used previously. My students were so excited to use these new tools and still ask me all the time when we are going to use them again! \r\n\r\nAgain, thank you so much for giving my students the opportunity to experience real-life science tools!
