My students are very interested in the scientists that we read about and discuss in our science class, but they often want to know more! I want to give them an opportunity to learn more about their childhood, their life growing up, and what led them to become astronauts, inventors, or even technological innovators! I want my students to see that even the greatest scientists had to overcome obstacles or face challenges to become the great men and women that we read about in science! Once they have learned about their scientist, they will complete a likeness using a 2 liter bottle and other materials!
