The mobile whiteboard and accompanying materials have already made a meaningful difference in our classroom. Instead of students straining to see from the back of the room, I'm now able to bring instruction directly to them. I use the board daily to model how students should set up their papers, draw diagrams, and follow along with guided notes. The dry-erase markers, precision erasers, cleaner, and whiteboard tape have made it possible to keep these visuals clear, organized, and effective—materials I would have otherwise needed to purchase myself.\r\nOne of the biggest changes has been my ability to move freely around the classroom and teach from multiple spaces instead of being confined to the front of the room. The mobile whiteboard allows me to bring instruction closer to students, work alongside small groups, and provide more hands-on, individualized support during lessons. It has also given us a dedicated and flexible place to display our science word wall—something we previously struggled to implement in a meaningful way. Having vocabulary visible and accessible near where students are working has strengthened both discussion and comprehension.\r\nAs we continue through the year, this resource will support labs, group work, and interactive lessons where students need clear models and close guidance. I'm able to stay mobile, monitor understanding more effectively, and leave important visuals posted longer so students can reference them as they work. With these new biotechnology supplies, students have been able to experience what it is like to work in a real-life science lab! During the labs where we used these materials, students were so excited about trying out the new lab supplies! \r\n\r\nWith our new pipettors and pipette tips, students were able to do multiple labs where they had to measure very small samples of liquid. Students learned what a microliter is and how to measure in these very tiny units. My classes also learned about precision and accuracy, and why using pipettors in the lab is more precise than an eye-dropper, which we used previously. This versatility helps the students use them often and independently.\r\nMy students are excited by the challenge that the exercise bikes present. Due to the adjustable resistance, each student is able to cycle at an individual level that is just right for them. The students are loving the challenge of trying to pedal as fast as they can for short intervals!
