These same resources have also been used during our youth soccer camp, where our high school players served as mentors, leading drills and inspiring younger athletes throughout the district.\r\n\r\nYour donation has done more than provide equipment—it has helped build a positive culture of leadership, teamwork, and community that will benefit our program for years to come. The jumbo inflatable soccer target quickly became one of the most popular activity stations, creating excitement from the moment campers arrived. It provided a fun, engaging way for players of all skill levels to improve their passing, shooting accuracy, and confidence while keeping them active and smiling.\r\n\r\nOne of the greatest impacts of this project was the opportunity it created for our high school soccer players to serve as coaches and mentors. They organized the station, encouraged younger athletes, demonstrated skills, and celebrated every success. The younger campers looked up to them, strengthening the connection between our youth and high school soccer programs while helping our student-athletes develop leadership and communication skills.\r\n\r\nThe stickers and bracelets were a huge hit as well! These small rewards motivated campers to challenge themselves, celebrate improvement, and recognize positive effort and sportsmanship. Seeing the excitement on their faces after completing challenges made the experience even more memorable.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in our students and our community. I'm especially grateful to everyone from MMOSS and LOFT for your incredible generosity and belief in our music program. You've helped give our students the tools they need to express themselves and grow as young musicians.\r\n\r\nWhen the students saw the new materials, they were so excited to finally play their restored vibraphone! I always remind them how important it is to use the proper tools for each instrument, so when they saw the new mallets, their faces lit up. They loved how beautiful the vibraphone sounded, and they couldn't stop smiling as they played. They even wanted to keep playing the vibraphone over the drums (that's a first!).\r\n\r\nIt truly warmed my heart to see their joy and curiosity come to life through music. Your generosity didn't just make their day; it created opportunities that will inspire them for years to come. Our next step is to explore more percussion techniques and begin preparing simple ensemble pieces where the vibraphone will shine. But first we will continue through our method book and continuing to learn all there is about mallet instruments and our Bb Major Scale.\r\n\r\nThank you for bringing so much joy (and so much music) into our classroom. Because of you, our students are learning, creating, and discovering their voices through music.","fullyFundedDate":1752673996008,"projectUrl":"project/vibing-with-our-new-vibraphone/9408056/","projectTitle":"Vibing With Our New Vibraphone","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Jobes","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9269649_orig.png?crop=1168,1168,x61,y20&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1694978696029","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9269649"},{"teacherId":9269649,"projectId":9198915,"letterContent":"When I shared with my students that we received donations of rosin and two new bows, they were ecstatic! These seemingly small upgrades have made a big difference in their playing experience. Their enthusiasm reminded me how much these resources fuel both their joy and their love of learning their instruments.\r\n\r\nWith lessons beginning this week, our students are off to a bright start thanks to your generous support.
