In education, we must keep up with the social-emotional needs of our students. The sensory component is often missing in the classroom, and my school does not have a variety of sensory materials that can be utilized in individual classrooms. Providing ALL of my students with sensory tools will ensure that their needs are met. I want to normalize the need for sensory tools, for all students will benefit from these types of items. I am asking for a variety of fidget items and stress balls that will become a regular part of the classroom each and every day.
