Our new pencil sharpener has also been a much-needed classroom addition that students use every day!\r\n\r\nThe students were excited to see the new supplies and quickly began using their individual folders. These resources may seem simple, but they have made a big difference in helping students build organizational skills and become more responsible for their own work. The missing-work system is especially helpful for students who have been absent because they can independently find what they missed and get caught up without feeling overwhelmed.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, we will continue using these resources every day to build routines around organization, responsibility, and completing assignments. Having an organized classroom allows us to spend less time searching for materials and more time focused on learning.
