We use our alphabet/photo mats each day during our learning circle time. These mats include the letter, both capital and lower case, along with a photograph of an object that begins with that letter. The colorful photo is a great way to help them remember the name of the letter and the sound/s it makes. \r\n \r\n Our students also really enjoy the sensory toys. We have a large sensory, calming center in our classroom and any new addition is exciting for the kiddos. \r\n\r\n Thank you so much! These included colorful aliens, moons, stars and squishy outer space items. Another big hit was the astronaut projector. They are so creative in making their own structures, as well as following the blueprints (photos) that are included in the kit! The students help assist with the cold laminator and are loving the experience. The different film sleeves are adapted to each project that we are doing. We also, built a zoo from Leggo building blocks to photograph and considered it a favorite field trip they wanted to go on. The students seem to pay close attention when they are listening and looking at the book on their own. They aren't distracted by other things that are happening in the classroom. \r\n We are very thankful and grateful for your help in reaching our goal.
