Some of the games are new to my kids and they were so excited to learn how to play them. One of their favorites is Bingo. It has really helped to build their focus and attention.\r\nThe materials from this project will not only be used for our Kindergarten Game Club. Since only some of my Kindergarten children get to experience the Game Club because it is an optional after school activity. We have started using the games for our indoor recess when there is inclement weather. They are in competition for who uses them each day :) As I work with students in small groups I use the stools that you gave us. \r\n\r\nWhen we do science and math groups students are able to sit with partners all around the room utilizing the stools. I also use these seats during my growing after school tutoring to keep students comfortable and able to sit anywhere in the classroom. I feel like seating options are much more flexible in my classroom thanks to your donations.\r\n\r\nI have accomplished the mission of this project and am confident it has made my classroom better. My future projects will focus on improving the desk seating in the room as students complain about discomfort and deterioration. We appreciate you helping us take a step on that direction. I know that Shawmont school will continue to use these resources for years to come. The kids are excited to be using the bins to store and organize their writing folders. The other set of bins are being used to store the Reading pouches that are being used for Accountable Independent Reading(A.I.R). \r\nThe kids in my kindergarten class have really enjoyed having a bright and colorful storage bin to use for all their writing materials. The black storage caddies are being used to organize every tables materials that they use for independent work time. They are a great way to keep their pencil cases organized and neat.
