With these materials, the students natural curiosity takes over and makes attending 10x easier. These items are easy for my paras to notice and pick up as well. Since the cabinet has locks, we are able to keep the students out of the items when they are not in use. \r\n\r\nThe staff in my room love the changing table and it allows for them to change diapers quickly and get the student back into learning. They also loved to sit down and regulate with the weighted book in the calm down corner, being able to flip through the pages was something the students were excited to try. For my students who needed to rock to self soothe and meet their sensory goals, the rocking chair worked perfectly! The students ADORED being able to rock without hitting their head on anything and be able to safely meet their needs.
