When the students walked in the room after the carpet was delivered they were beyond excited to see the new carpet and be able to be spaced out. \r\n\r\nI can't thank you all again enough for donating to the classroom! When the boxes arrived, they got right to work creating cards for the Guidance Counselor to have available for students having a bad day. The counselor happily received the cards and promised to put them to good use. With only a few days left of school, she promised to hold onto them for use next school year.\r\n\r\nWe will save our local community project of spreading cheer to a nursing home by making cards for their tables until next school year. We may be able to put it together quickly and deliver them for Grandparent's Day, if not, we will plan for Thanksgiving or Christmas. \r\n\r\nOur final project, we will make cards for our Troops and plan for that around Veteran's Day.
