Your support allowed us to create a hands-on, engaging station day following our recent unit on fables, Instead of simply reading and discussing the stores students were able to bring them to live in meaningful and memorable ways.\r\n\r\nWith your help, we purchased materials that gave students the opportunity to explore the fables through creativity and problem solving. They designed puppets, performed puppet shows to retell the stores and expressed their understanding through painting and art projects. Students also took on STEM challenges inspired by the fables, applying critical thinking and teamwork to build solutions tied to the lessons of the fables. The excitement and pride they felt while sharing their projects showed just how much these activities deepened their learning. We will continue to use the gift cares throughout the year to provide students with similar experiences. Thank you for your generosity- by helping provide these opportunities you have enriched our classroom in ways that will stick with students far beyond this unit.
