Every Friday is \"Engineering Friday\" and the Snap Circuits have now taken the lead as far as favorites for their choice of projects on Fridays. The students have loved designing doorbells, alarms, and voice recorders, but their favorite challenge has been attempting to figure out how to build a FM radio and learning about how things have been created through time. \r\nThe students' faces were amazing when they first saw the Snap Circuits. They lit up like a Christmas tree with excitement and couldn't believe all the parts and pieces. They wanted to figure out how to make each of the projects, especially the whirly flier. \r\nThank you for helping provide an opportunity to allow students to inquire into the world of technology and the inner workings of electronic devices they use on a daily basis. You have given them a deeper understanding of technology and empowered our students to become active creators rather than passive consumers. The Snap Circuits involves troubleshooting and problem solving and you're helping our students identify and fix issues when a circuit doesn't work as expected. These circuits have enhanced their critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem solving abilities.
