Your generosity has already made such a positive impact on my students and our daily routines. The headphones have been especially exciting for the class because students are now able to fully participate in online learning programs, independent reading activities, and listening centers without distractions. The book bins and classroom organization materials have completely transformed our classroom library and supply areas, making it easier for students to independently find books, stay organized, and take ownership of our classroom space. The snacks, wipes, and hand sanitizer have also helped me create a classroom environment where students feel cared for, comfortable, and ready to learn each day.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials arrived, my students were incredibly excited. They immediately noticed how organized and \"official\" the classroom looked with the new bins and supplies. Several students were especially thrilled about the headphones because they each got their own pair to use during learning time. One of my favorite moments was watching students eagerly explore the reorganized classroom library and help sort books into the new bins. It gave them a sense of pride and excitement about reading and taking care of our classroom together.\r\n\r\nThese resources will continue supporting our learning throughout the year as students work on independent reading, literacy centers, writing projects, and online learning activities. Having organized classroom materials and accessible supplies allows me to spend more time focusing on instruction and student learning rather than managing materials. Your kindness and support truly made a difference for both me and my students, and we are so grateful for your generosity and belief in our classroom.","fullyFundedDate":1770516263101,"projectUrl":"project/helping-2nd-graders-focus-read-and-thr/10027263/","projectTitle":"Helping 2nd Graders Focus, Read, and Thrive","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Reagan","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/ms-reagan2ndgrade"},{"teacherId":9187337,"projectId":9806267,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generosity to help bring a new set of handbells to our classroom. Students have been so excited to use them and ask me every day if they get to use the keyboards again. Their faces light up when I tell them that they will get to play them again. On the first day of using them, students were incredibly eager, and many of them expressed their gratitude.\r\n\r\nI have even been hearing from classroom teachers that their students are loving the keyboards. In their closing circles where they share about the day, many students expressed that they enjoyed getting to use the keyboards. It is highly motivating for them. They have enjoyed getting to explore all of the sounds on the keyboard, and I have gotten to hear students creatively composing their own musical ideas. They are excited to keep learning how to play, as for many them, this is their first time. I have a few students who take piano lessons, and they have been excited to show me their learning.\r\n\r\nWe have had a blast these first several weeks, and we all look forward to seeing how we will continue building on our piano learning next school year and the years to come!
