Our classes are full of focused faces with huge smiles! The Nuvo Recorders' easy-to-use design has helped students find early success, which has made them eager to practice and learn more each week.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, students are especially excited for the Tulsa Symphony Link-Up concert this spring, where they can't wait to show up with \"the coolest recorders\" and play along with the orchestra. Our calming corner is now stocked with weighted plush animals, rainbow liquid viewers, and sensory shapes, which younger students are using regularly to reset, regulate, and rejoin class activities with confidence.\r\n\r\nThese materials help students manage their emotions and energy in healthy ways. For example, one student who was disregulated found comfort in the weighted sloth plush and was able to return to music-making much more quickly. \r\n\r\nI am so grateful to you for giving my students the tools they need not only to explore music but also to care for themselves along the way.","fullyFundedDate":1752586530278,"projectUrl":"project/uke-can-do-it/9401400/","projectTitle":"Uke Can Do It!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Applebaum","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp5284263_orig.png?crop=1080,1080,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1754618418424","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/musicalmsapplebaum"},{"teacherId":5284263,"projectId":9401383,"letterContent":"The arrival of our brand-new ukuleles created such a buzz of excitement in the music room!
