The Play-Doh was a great hit for our class during inside recess on rainy days and when the temperature were too cold to go outside. \r\nPlay-Doh would always be their first choice to be creative during inside recess. They love the various colors that came with the set. \r\nSome students made food, jewelry, a heart, a shark and other fun things. They were so excited to share with classroom friends their creative artwork. Fourth and fifth grade looked at pictures of ancient Roman and Middle Eastern tile work. Then they used graph paper to plan their final project. We discussed planning and making adjustments to our plan before we started glueing. The students loved that they were able to create a coaster to take home and actually use in their home.
