The impact these materials have on our students is astounding. The ability to be flexible and move positions helps my students out tremendously. Students learn best when they are able to move. We as adults do not like to stay seated on a hard surface for long periods of time but yet we expect students to do so and be successful. \r\nSpecial education students need to be able to cancel out noise as well, headphones do this for those students. The ability to avoid distractions helps them to concentrate on their academics.
