My students would be thrilled to see one another wearing or using a product with their original design on it. They could literally wear their art on their sleeves. This printer, paper and ink would make that possible. The possibilities with these materials are endless-raising awareness of their favorite causes, encouraging representation, supporting the arts in general! I would love to teach them more about the impact and entrepreneurship of working artists by opening the door of sublimation printing for them. We draw and paint portraits, sculpt functioning bowls and cups, crochet hats and scarves. I would like to expand the artistic opportunities available to them in my classroom by making printing their designs on clothing and accessories.
