I had no idea when I requested these items that many of my students had never heard of the Holocaust. By introducing, \"The Boy in the Striped Pajamas\" into my classroom, this has opened up a whole new window of learning. This study allows us to learn what the Holocaust was before we start reading, read about the Holocaust in the book, and then do a research project on our own. \r\n This new book study has quickly became one of my favorite studies to teach, and my students really enjoy it.
