The STEM materials give my students the opportunities to learn through hands-on activities while building problem-solving skills, creativity, confidence, and teamwork. The sensory items provide much needed tools that help students regulate their emotions, take a break when needed, and return to learning ready to focus. The smart snacks are just as important, because it can be difficult for a student to concentrate when they are hungry.\r\n\r\nI love that this project supports my students in so many different ways. It isn't just about providing classroom supplies, it's about meeting students where they are and giving them what they need to feel comfortable, supported, and successful at school. These resources will be used and appreciated throughout the school year, and I am so thankful for the generosity that made this project possible.
