I am truly excited to be able to use these whiteboards with my young students, and they have already made a big impact in our classroom. The students absolutely love using the dry-erase boards and are now using them daily. They were especially excited to discover that one side is lined for writing while the other is blank for math and drawing—it's like having two tools in one! Even our kindergarten students have been enjoying them during whole group lessons as well as in learning centers.\r\n\r\nThese whiteboards have helped make our math and reading lessons much more interactive and engaging. During our workshop time, students gather on the rug with their boards for guided practice, and I can easily see their thinking as they work. It's been a game-changer for formative assessment—when I say, \"Boards up, let's share with a friend!\" every child is involved, participating, and building confidence in a safe and fun way.\r\n\r\nBecause of your kindness, my students are collaborating more, taking risks, and truly enjoying the learning process. Your support has made a meaningful difference in our classroom, and we are so grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1769178309458,"projectUrl":"project/math-and-writing-on-our-own-mini-whitebo/9803181/","projectTitle":"Math and Writing on Our Own Mini Whiteboards","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Pat Turner","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp5491969_orig.png?crop=271,271,x72,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1759947519613","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/5491969"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_86425","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":566,"numTeachers":28,"percentFrplEligible":70,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":20,"percentWhite":24,"percentIndigenous":3,"percentLatinx":31,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","percentHawaiianImputed":0,"percentMultiracialImputed":18,"gradesServed":"Pre-K - 6","studentTeacherRatio":"20.2:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_SMALL"},"inStateSupporters":52.0,"schoolId":86425,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Bishop Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Bishop Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/oklahoma/bishop-school-district-c-049/bishop-elementary-school/86425"}
