Your generosity has made a tremendous difference in our classrooms and has given our students the opportunity to create, design, build, and express their learning in ways that go beyond a worksheet or computer screen.\r\n\r\nWith the new markers, crayons, glue, poster board, Sharpies, hot glue sticks, Expo markers, and other supplies, our students are able to participate fully in hands-on projects across all content areas. Teachers no longer have to worry about rationing supplies or asking students to provide materials from home. Instead, students can focus on learning and being creative.\r\n\r\nOne of the most exciting moments was simply seeing the students' reactions when the supplies arrived. They were excited to see so many new materials available for them to use. For our students, having access to these supplies communicates something important: we believe in you, we want you to create, and we are willing to invest in your success.\r\n\r\nOur students are using the materials for classroom projects, presentations, visual learning activities, posters, demonstrations, and collaborative projects. Whether they are creating a project that demonstrates their understanding of a concept, designing something with classmates, or simply using colored markers to make their work more engaging, these supplies have opened up more opportunities for hands-on learning.\r\n\r\nThe next step is to continue incorporating these materials into projects throughout the school year. Our students will be using them for upcoming content-area projects, presentations, and creative demonstrations of their learning. We are especially excited to see what our students come up with when they are given the freedom and resources to show what they know in their own unique ways.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in our students and our classrooms.
