Each morning the students can do a check in with their feelings and we review this as a class. At the end of the day they can do another check in and reflect on how their feelings have changed throughout the day. They love the stuffy's and snuggle them throughout the day. We have noticed an increase in our students ability to cope with the challenges of being away from home and getting along with friends and these tools were greatly needed!
