The playdough was used while learning about the brain. Students made a 2D brain model using the playdough. They had to use a different color of playdough for each part of the brain. This helped the students learn each part and its function. Using the playdough as part of an assignment allowed the students to be creative. \r\n\r\nIn addition to using the playdough, the students will be able to bring their brain model to life. We will use Makey Makes to record and describe each part of the brain. It provides energy and reduce crankiness in students. Healthy snacks provide fuel, preventing blood sugar drops that lead to crankiness and inattention. Students have better nutrition and stable energy levels that support concentration, memory, and overall cognitive function. \r\n\r\nThe students were super excited when they saw the snacks and amount. Next step is to continue to fuel the students brain with more snacks.
