There is something so special about watching a child's face light up when their name is called and they receive a certificate that says, \"I see you, and I am proud of you!\"\r\n\r\nThese certificates are helping me celebrate more than just grades. I can recognize students for showing kindness, making progress, working hard, being a good friend, persevering when something is difficult, and so much more. Some of the students who need encouragement the most are the ones who hold onto these certificates the tightest and cannot wait to take them home and share them with their families.
