In my recent project, I requested some flashcards. Science requires a lot of fact learning and memorization. Students were struggling with using an efficient study tool to learn the material outside of the classroom. I introduced the concept of flashcards and students have taken a liking to it! They created their own flashcards based on the last unit we went through in class. I wasn't sure how well this method would work. Firstly, the mini whiteboards have helped review sessions so much. I use them with the students to easily check their understanding of the content. This has been done individually and within teams to create some friendly competition.\r\n\r\nSecondly, the mobile whiteboard has also been severely useful! My classes have small group time where I can break down/review the content in-depth with a handful of students at once. The rolling whiteboard gives me the opportunity to write down notes during this time to give students that visual.\r\n\r\nLastly, the snacks were a good addition and a positive way to show student appreciation!","fullyFundedDate":1757547245899,"projectUrl":"project/welcome-to-elevation-station-worlds-gr/9674103/","projectTitle":"Welcome to Elevation Station: World's Greatest Science Lab","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Scott","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10237346_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1756832795597","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10237346"},{"teacherId":553215,"projectId":6463298,"letterContent":"The donation of Robots in Education has had a transformative impact on my students by fostering hands-on learning that bridges creativity, problem-solving and teamwork.
