Because of your kindness, my students now have access to a variety of fidget tools that help them stay calm, focused, and ready to learn when completing their required work when the world and situations become stressful.\r\n\r\nThese items have made an incredible difference in our classroom. Students who once struggled to sit still or stay engaged now have positive outlets for their energy. I've noticed improved concentration during lessons, smoother transitions between activities, and an overall calmer classroom environment. The excitement on their faces when they first saw the fidgets was pure joy!\r\n\r\nYour donation did more than provide materials—it showed my students that there are people out there who care about their success and believe in their potential. Thank you for helping create a learning space where every student can thrive.","fullyFundedDate":1760715323456,"projectUrl":"project/fidgets-for-focus/9617572/","projectTitle":"Fidgets for Focus","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Martin","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp2324208_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1476930401013","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/2324208"},{"teacherId":2324208,"projectId":9053038,"letterContent":"Thank you for the Science World current science magazine subscription for the 2025-2026 school year. The students LOVE reading the science articles and the conversations have been so engaging over the last couple of classes. The articles that we have discussed/read have sparked many questions and the teacher resources that come with the magazine are very thorough.\r\n\r\nThe students are picking one out that is most interesting to them and presenting to the class so we are working on our presentation skills too through the use of the Science World magazine. Students are using the magazine to work independently, with a partner/small group and we use as an entire class. \r\n\r\nWhen we have finished with the magazines each month we are passing them along to our 6th grade students to use in their science and social studies lesson when an article applies to this grade level. Thank you for the opportunity to share with so many students.
