I have 4th grade students that sometimes come from a challenging home life where the parents aren't able to provide many resources and experiences that are vital for education. Our school is a small one built many many years ago with around 400 students. What we lack with the building, I would like to improve upon in the classroom. A big classroom library, with many choices of books, will help my students see past the old shelves they are sitting on.
