There is no magic trick, tactile, or manipulative that will always meet the need or overcome every challenging behavior presented by a scholar who finds it hard to self-regulate. That said, I have been able to use the lessons taken from the Emotional Regulations activity book you provided, helping my scholars to build positive thinking and self-awareness skills. My scholars especially enjoyed the \"Feelings Chardes\" activity, where they had the opportunity to act out different feelings and then discuss various coping strategies and ways to show empathy to their peers, family members, and others. \r\n\r\nMoving forward, my scholars are looking forward to using the \"Making Good Choices Match-Ups\" resource you helped me obtain during our upcoming group counseling session.
