The items have found a space in our building over the summer months, and it's currently set up as the start of our \"Wellness Den\" where students have already been using the space to find a calm spot and to better help themselves regulate throughout the school day. Even some staff have used it to find some wellness in the space. This area has created a space that helps students regulate and get back to a \"ready to learn\" state quicker. It has certainly brightened up and added a positive, calming presence to our school environment, and we could not have done it without you. \r\n\r\nOur next steps include finding the best way to add a privacy screen and/or a temporary wall to give more privacy to the student who may be experiencing overwhelm as well as to help decrease chances of overstimulation.
